Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a boater’s license?
Yes, a valid boater’s license is required for all boat rentals and for jet ski operators born on or after January 1, 1988. If you don’t have one yet, you can obtain a temporary 90-day Florida Boating Safety ID Card online before your visit.
Where can I go during my jetski rental?
You’ll ride in Central Florida’s largest designated water sports area, completely free of through boat traffic, and always monitored by our on-water staff for your safety and peace of mind. Dolphin sightings are common, and with an average water depth of just 5 feet, you can hop off for a swim without worry.
What is the minimum age to rent?
You must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license to rent a boat or jet ski. Jet ski operators as young as 14 may drive, but anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian on the property during the entire rental period.

What if I’ve never driven a jet ski or boat before?
